Dapr offers flat-rate hourly SUV service that’s refined, reliable, and entirely on your terms. Whether it’s a date night, client meeting, or special event, enjoy clean vehicles, courteous chauffeurs, and zero surprises—just smooth, stress-free luxury.

🚘 Dapr Car Services Policies & Privacy PolicyWe like to keep things smooth and simple—just like your ride. Here are a few key policies to know before you book:🚫 Cancellations
Airport Transfers: Need to cancel or change time/date? No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a charge.
Concerts & Special Events: These take more planning, so we ask for 72 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full.⏱ Wait Time/Delayed Flights
Airport Pickups: We include 30 minutes of free wait time after your flight lands (45 minutes for international). After that, transfer may be cancelled if we cannot schedule a substitute driver or we have other commitments. Wait time may be billed at $100/hr in 15-minute increments.
All Other Pickups: We include a 15-minute grace period, because hey, life happens. After this time Wait Time may be billed at $100/hr in 15-minute increments.Delayed Flights: We understand delayed flights happen, especially in Colorado! We do our best to track and meet delayed flights and if necessary arrange back-up transportation. However, if we have other commitments and we are not able to accommodate a delayed flight, the transfer may be considered a late cancellation and charged at 50%.🌙 Late-Night Airport Transfers: A 15% surcharge applies to all airport transfers—scheduled or unscheduled—that occur between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, including delayed flights that shift pickup into overnight hours.🛑 Stops: No stop charges for hourly services. For point-to-point, direct, or airport transfers, a stop includes an additional pick-up or drop-off and up to 15 minutes of wait or drive time. Longer stops may incur wait time fee, or an additional stop fee of $15 or convert the ride to hourly. A 15-minute courtesy stop is included on trips over 90 minutes. Additional mileage charges may apply if the stop is out of the direct route.🌦 Weather, Traffic, & Vehicle Availability: We track traffic, weather, and flights closely. However, we cannot control road closures, blizzards, or delays beyond our control. We will not be responsible for missed appointments due to these issues but will always do our best to help.
We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle or partner with another licensed and insured provider if needed.
🅿️ Tolls & Parking: Charged based on actual use—just what’s needed, no extras or surprises. Airport transfer flat-rates include tolls less than $15 one-way.🚫 No-Shows: If we show up and no one’s there (and we haven’t heard from you after our free wait time), it counts as a no-show, and the full fare will apply.💥 Damage Policy: We take great care of our vehicles—and ask that you do too. By confirming your booking, you agree to cover any damage or excessive mess caused during your ride. This includes smoking, vomiting, spills, rips, broken glassware, and more. Charges may include cleaning or repair costs plus any out-of-service downtime. A few examples:>Smoking: $500 + downtime
>Vomiting, broken glass, or major spills: $200 + downtime
>Rips, tears, or broken fixtures: Cost to repair + downtime
🍾 Alcohol & Conduct: We’re happy to be part of your celebration—but for everyone’s safety:
>No underage drinking
>No illegal substances
>No smoking/vaping in vehicles
>Seatbelts on, good vibes only!
If things get unsafe or disrespectful, we reserve the right to end the ride early and bill for full services.
💳 Payment: A valid card on file may be required to confirm your booking. You’ll be charged after your ride unless we’ve arranged something different.👜 Lost & Found: Left something behind? Let us know! We’re not responsible for lost items, but we’ll do our best to help you find them.🚙 Vehicle-Driver Swaps: On rare occasions, we may need to send a similar vehicle and/or driver if yours is unavailable.
